Senior Learning Experience Designer
Core Learning Experience Design Competencies
I design engaging, accessible, learner-centred experiences that improve performance through instructional design, learning technologies, curriculum development, accessibility, and collaborative problem solving.
Drawing on experience across K–12 online education, workforce development, career services, and nonprofit organizations, I partner with subject matter experts, educators, multimedia developers, and stakeholders to create meaningful learning experiences that improve learner engagement and outcomes.
Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis
Collaborate with the Subject Matter Expert to identify the key goals and learning outcomes of an online workshop, ensuring that participants gain valuable knowledge and can demonstrate understanding.
Research & Performance Consulting
Review the latest technologies, trends, and practices by following the industry closely, ensuring that the workshop content is current and relevant.
Learning Experience Design
Review the curriculum and determine how it can best be presented to create engaging and informative digital content tailored to the needs and interests of the target audience.
Interactive Learning Design
Integrate activities that promote active learning and collaboration in an online setting, using a range of techniques (videos, case studies and scenarios, quizzes, H5P activities, dynamically shared group responses).
Accessibility & Quality Assurance
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content, including online activities, visual elements, takeaways, and LMS pages, are clear, consistent, and accessible for remote learners.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Guage the success of an online workshop by gathering direct feedback from participants and stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and viewing progress and completion rates to ensure that online workshops are even more effective.

These work samples are either drafts that were not used or assets that are already in the public realm. The link you have received from me is private and should not be forwarded. Thank you!
Each case study highlights the business challenge, learner audience, my role, design process, technologies used, deliverables, and outcomes.
